    Hi there,

we’re sorry to hear that. We have tried to replicate the issue locally, but everything appears to be working normally here. What we’d do now is either:

    1. Attempt to change browser, to understand if there’s a Chrome extension that’s conflicting for example (we’re using Chrome on Macs as well, here),
    2. We’d need to access your install directly, to better understand what’s going on there.

For point number 2, you can send us privately admin access credentials at our email address: [email protected]

    Let us know!

    Hi there,

we have released an update to the plugin with several fixes here and there, and one that could potentially interest your problem of not being able to input numeric values in dimension fields. We’re not sure that the update fixes the issue, because, as we’ve told you, we couldn’t replicate the issue on our local machines, however we’d like your feedback on this.

You might need to clear your browser’s cache before testing the update.

Also, should the problem still be present, could you please send us via email ([email protected]) the report generated by the Site Health component in WordPress? It’s located under Tools > Site Health > Info, in you WordPress admin dashboard.

    Many thanks!

    Andrea
