    Hi,

    Whenever I try to open a ticket on your website or update one, Wordfence message pop ups and says the following:

    A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site
    Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 403
    If you think you have been blocked in error, contact the owner of this site for assistance.

    Block Technical Data
    Block Reason:A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site. Time:Sun, 5 Feb 2023 16:24:30 GMT”

    I’ve tried different browsers and devices, nothing helps. Impossible to open or update a ticket. I’ve mentioned it in one of the support requests sent via email, but nothing changed and no one came back to me regarding this. Would be nice if you could fix it.

    Terribly sorry for the frustration. You can always send an email directly to [email protected] and we have staff there to assist with 24 hr or less response time.
    I am sorry that you were unable to use the website contact form. It was down for a few hours last week due to an update. But it has since been resolved. Please try again.

    @warfareplugins unfortunately still unable to use your ticketing system or reply to existing tickets, here is what I get every time I’m trying to send an update https://www.gifyu.com/image/SqxrF

    I do use emails instead, however thought you might want to know that there is such problem and it’s been like that for over two weeks since I first wanted to contact you.

    I was unable to login to the ticketing system for assistance due to Wordfence. I finally found a help email and got assistance that way.
