Impossible to enter backend

I have the latest version of the plugin, but I haven’t been able to get to my backend for the last two days. I deactivated all others plugins to check possible conflicts, but even if it is the only active plugin, I cannot get to make it work. DB and entries are there, but shortcodes do not work. Any hint?
