Impossible to get working

I’ve tried this plugin on multiple installs, with multiple themes including the default theme. I’ve tried every single piece of customization possible, and it just will not work. Either there is only one appended post and the URL doesn’t change, or there’s no appended post at all. The documentation is feeble, and you can’t even contact the plugin author via their site unless you have paid support. I’ve wasted several hours of my life at this point, so my advice is, sadly, don’t bother trying.
