    Hi,

    Since I’ve updated ultimate members, it’s impossible to login on the website because the form has disappeared and just the shortcode is written: [ultimatemember form_id=2282].

    I’ve restaured the base and the plugin last version but no change.
    If I could access the Dashboard ,I could repair that. An idea to get in ?

    FTP in and rename pluggin Folder. Do a Google search on that fix.

    mjouet, did you get help with this problem? I discovered today that I have the same problem. I cannot login to my site or get to my Dashboard. I am at a complete loss as to what to do. I went to the Ultimate Member link that was suggested by calumallison and it routed me back to this wordpress support forum, because I am not an Ultimate Member paying customer!!

    I don’t know how to do what rogermbolton suggested.

    Hoping that you got an answer you can share ….

    Sorry if I answer so late. I was so upset when I’ve discovered that updating this version it put back to zero my settings and deactivated some other plugins.
    Especially one plugin that was supposed to changed my login page.

    The old /wp-admin path was back to reality. A chance I’ve tried it!

    Then I put back all my settings and did the last updates (2 or 3 in few days) . It seems to work ok today butI was really upset. I hope that next time MEMBERS sets a new version, they test it better.
