• Hello,

    I am using this route to inform you there is an issue trying to login to your site. I am going round in circle, “you need a new password” then resetting it to “you have an incorrect password” It is wasting my time and possibly other people’s time too. Can you please explain how one logs into their account to get a woo plugin?

    1. Go to WooCommerce.com and click on ‘Log in’ in the top right corner of the page.
    2. Enter your username or email address associated with your account.
    3. Enter your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘Lost your password?’ and follow the instructions to reset it.
    4. After resetting your password, you should receive an email with a link to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
    5. After setting a new password, go back to the login page and enter your username or email and your new password.
