    I tried to alter a subscription this morning via the woocommerce.com website – it was impossible.

    “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.” => an endless loop of verifying an email address and then getting bounced (unsolicited) to wordpress.com to “connect your accounts”.

    You have to set up an account on wordpress.com for some unexplained reason (which I did) and “connect them” (which I did) but it makes no difference, and it was still impossible to edit my subscriptions on woocommerce.com.

    I tried to contact Woocommerce tech support and got “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address” again and again. So it was impossible to contact support either.

    Luckily I was able to delete my credit card from my woocommerce account.

    * Click on “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com.”
    * Click “Need something else? Contact us!”

    A pop-up should appear where you can create a ticket with us. Be sure to use the email address on your WooCommerce account.
