• Hi,

My website crashed this week end and I tried to resotre my last backup with a new host. It didn’t work with UpdraftPlus… I’m really trying hard to understand why. As I can see some of the files I saved manually are not recognized by Updraft Plus and I suppose this is the source of the problems.

Every week I save my files manually so I have everything on my computer. Logically it’s supposed to take all the backup files from google cloud where I stock my backups every day but when I want to restore, it tells me I have databases error and that’s all, no other logs.

When I do it manually, there’s just a few files that I can import into updraft plus, the others are not recognised and I have a message error like this:
    backup_2020-05-14-1503_Comptoir_des_Flandres_93da9c549162-db-table-wp_users_table.zip

This file does not appear to be an UpdraftPlus backup archive (such files are .zip or .gz files which have a name like: backup_(time)_(site name)_(code)_(type).(zip|gz)).

If this is a backup created by a different backup plugin, then UpdraftPlus Premium may be able to help you.

So right now I just have 5 out of 17 files I can import on UpdraftPlus and I’m pretty sure all my databases are in these 12 others files I can’t import. Can you give the solution and help me restore my website please ?

PS: I put an old saving using another plugin and it works perfectly but it’s from April and I worked a lot within the last 30days. I wouldn’t like to lose all my work :s

Also I could pay for a premium version but I need to have the assurance that it will work perfectly.

    Thank you very much ??
