Impossible to save Away Mode settings

  • Hello WordPress Community !

    Each time that I set the Away Mode of iThemes Security I am not able to save the settings.
    If I set the Away Mode, click on “Save All Changes”, log out from my WordPress dashboard and then log in to check if it is well set, the away mode is not set.

    What can I do ? Is there some particular way that this feature is not working ?

    Can an update (there are several) of iThemes Security delete this setting ?

    In fact, to be more precise the settings always come back from 12am to 6 am whereas I set from 1am to 7 am

    Check your time zone settings at Settings>>General>>Time Zone option.
    By default WordPress shows UTC time zone, you have to change you country zone. To do so, such time zone differences might not occur in general. Then try setting Away Mode.

    For my sites, I don’t activate Away Mode feature of iTheme Security. But tested several time and works as expected.

    Same issue here – first the settings get saved.
    One day later, the settings are reset to 12am to 6am.

    @b.V.Ramanarao thanks for your answer, of course my Time Zone is correct.

    This is the first thing that I checked before to activate this option (in order to don’t lock out myself for example).

    I have this problem on several websites so it doesn’t depend about one environment. It’s a recurrent bug.

    Even if I am using the version 4.4.6 of iThemes Security the problem is still there and yes, my WordPress timezone settings is correct

    Today update to the version 4.4.9 will if it solve the problem
