    Hello,

I set my website for sending email validation after registration. I also set a custom Account page.
When the user clicks on the validation link, received in the email, the user is redirected to my login page without any validation message (on the default wp-login page the message was visible).

Could you tell me how to show this message also to the custom page please?

    Thank you in advance

  • Hi @nellolux,

After the user clicks on the verification link in the email, he/she is redirected to the account page containing the login form. And, the validation message also appears on the top of the form. The message that appears is “User Verified. Enter account details to log in.”
Please verify it again from your side and if it still does not appear then please provide us the link of your user registration form, login form. I will try to debug the issue and update you later.

Let me know and I will get back to you.

    Regards!

    Hello,

I’ve just checked and I don’t see any message. I precise that I’m talking about a custom login page because I cannot let users login on the wordpress page:
    https://shop.s-mi.be/mon-compte.
    You can try by yourself.

In my case the message is not shown. Could you tell me how to fix the issue please?

    Hi @nellolux,

The link that you have provided contains the WooCommerce Login form. But the message “User Verified. Enter account details to log in.” is displayed only in the User Registration’s Login form. And we cannot inject the message of this plugin to some other plugin.

The best thing to do would be to replace the login form entirely with the User Registration Login form. Doing so will display the message.

let me know what you think and how you want things to work and I will get back to you.

    Regards!

    Thank you for the explanation.

The point is that I cannot use the wordpress default login page: it is ugly and confusing for the user. Can you provide me a workaround to obtain the message on this woocommerce login page?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @nellolux,

Sorry for the delayed response. You don’t have to use the WordPress default login. I am asking you to change the WooCommerce login form and replace it with the User Registration Plugin’s login form.

Just replace [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode with [user_registration_my_account] which will display user registration login form instead of Woocommerce login form.

And if you want to display both the login form and registration form on the same page side by side like WooCommerce then use [user_registration_my_account form_id=”xxx”]. Enter your user registration form id in place of “xxx” and it will do the trick. The issue of the message will also be gone.

Let me know if it helps or not and I will get back to you.

    Regards!

    Hi @sharmadpk03,

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried and it worked but the problem is that I use DIVI BODYCOMMERCE plugin in order to have a custom user area. And most of all I need woocommerce myaccount because in the user area the user needs to see the orders, payments, etc.

Any other suggestion to fix the issue?
Is there a way to raise the message on the woocommerce my account or redirect on another page?

    Thank you in advance
