    Hi,

For your info, I can’t test the free version of your plugin. Basically, for countries within EU, there are compulsory informations to provide to Google (eg size or material for garments), and your free version does not enable it

    Kind regards

I was considering to buy and try, given your refund policy, but last review tells that it’s just words. What an error

    Hi,

You don’t need to worry about the refund policy as we don’t refuse to pay the refund. But, the person who wrote the review had purchased 2 subscriptions and using the plugin for a while and then he asked for a refund for the 2nd subscription without any prior issue reporting which was a bit suspicious. However, he still received his refund.

To know how to enable custom fields, please, follow this doc – https://webappick.com/docs/ctx-feed/google-merchant/add-gtin-ean-mpn-upc-isbn-to-products-and-make-feed/

    Thank you,

Original question was about size, or material (or gender, group age, …) and you answer me with a link about GTIN

    Hi,

Material, Gender & Age groupd are custom fields. You must need to add those custom fields to your WooCommerce product using any third party plugin as WooCommerce doesn’t have the option to add those custom fields. However, using our plugins custom field option you can also add those custom fields to your woocommerce products including GTIN and those options are available on the same custom field option page where you can find, GTIN, MPN, Gender, Age group, material and more. That’s why I have provided the link that shows how to enable GTIN.

If you review the video attentively, you should be able to identify these options. Please revisit the video to gain a clear understanding of how to add custom fields, including the ones you mentioned.

For size, you can simply add size value to your woocommmerce size attribute and get the values using the correct size attribute meta.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

This is what I had tried.

But it did not work at all.

With your last update, it partly works for certain elements … but not for other. And if I edit and modify a feed, the changes are not implemented.

    For your info

    Kind regards
