Impossible to validate chat agent in user and plugin

  • Hi,
    Couldn’t find any informations for my problem.
    I actually can’t validate “chat agent” in User config.
    If I choose “admin” I can see the user in “new agent” panel of the plugin but when saving the new agent information isn’t stored.

    Any idea of what to do ?
