impossible to valide registration form

    Hi !

    for a few days, my registration form has been broken: impossible to validate, the button is not clickable.
    I tried to deactivate the other plugins, then to change the theme, but nothing worked,
    I even went back to the lower version, but no change either,
    finally, I tried to recreate a new form with very few fields, but it was also impossible to make it work;

    On the other hand, if I do not fill in the required fields, no message is displayed to tell me which fields are missing…

    Thanks for your help ! It’s the registration period so it’s very disabling!-)
