It seems to work great. Setting up the recovery email was a pain, as it says “Send after 5 minutes” so I spent ages making tests and no emails were being sent.

Then I found out that the 5 minutes does not start ticking until after 60 minutes of cart abandonment.

A bit of text to alert admins to this might save a lot of time ??
