Impressed by free support

We were having an odd issue when using the Page Builder plug-in. In order to troubleshoot the issue we used the SiteOrigin forum to find help tracking down the issue. We feel like the service we receive for free by using their forum was superb. While it did take a day or two, once we connected, we receive excellent assistance. The representative that assisted us logged into our site as an admin user and tested to recreate the issue we were having. He was unable to recreate the issue but through the process he continued to assist us until it was determined that one of the admin profile we have set-up is somehow corrupt and not functioning the same way as the other admin accounts. We really appreciated the assistance we received from SiteOrigin. If the free service is this good I can’t imagine how great the premium service must be. Thanks for the great service.
