    Hi,

I sell tshirts and just uploaded and linked about 50 product pages (each product page has multiple attributes and variations) with google listings and ads. For the first couple days it was showing impressions on the reports page but now it no longer shows impressions.

Could deactivating and reactivating Google listings and ads cause the impressions to no longer show? Another plugin I use “Bear Bulk Editor” does not work correctly when I have google listings and ads activated. Because of that, when I use Bear Bulk Editor I have to deactivate google listings and ads momentary. I wonder if that has caused the impressions to no longer show.

From my WP dashboard… Marketing > google listings and ads > reports under the product tab, The first day my free listings got about 3,000 impressions, the second day it went down to about 1,000 impressions and for the last two days it doesn’t show any impressions.

From my WP dashboard… Marketing > google listings and ads > Product feed
it shows 1583 active, 115 disapproved and 12 not synced. On that same page it says I have 5673 issues to resolve (every one of my variations is missing the following values: age group, color, gender and size).

Could missing the above values be causing my issues with google listings and ads?

    Thanks for any help.

  • Hi @tkster95 ??

Deactivating and then reactivating a plugin, for a few moments, meanwhile going ahead with using another plugin that its functionality covers the same spectrum is not suggested.

Could missing the above values be causing my issues with google listings and ads?

It sounds like the root of the issue lies with opting to use two plugins that connect with GMC, instead of one; the Google Listings & Ads in this scenario.

Feel free to use only Google Listings & Ads, going forward, and disconnect, deactivate & uninstall the other one.

When that step is done, please navigate to this setting: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (making sure to replace example.com with your own domain).

Head to the product sync section at the bottom and click Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center

Linked below is a screenshot of what that setting looks like:

That will sync all your products to GMC; or it can return an error at the top of the page. If there is an error, please let us know.

Also, to check better into the site’s setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Let us know hot that goes, thanks!
