Improve Accessibility: Provide to language selector

Hi there,
it would be great if you could improve the accessibility of the language selector when using “select/select with code”. The current version lacks a label, see:

• https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/forms/labels/
• https://webaim.org/techniques/forms/controls

The <label> could also be hidden or used instead of the title. It would also be great to provide translations for the <label>.
