improve admin menu

Currently, the plugin’s main menu items is spread across the admin bar (see admin left sidebar: https://document.g5plus.net/essential-real-estate/#plugin-overview). This is not very clean. Please move all of these menu items (Properties, Agents, Packages, User Packages, Invoices, Transaction Logs, ..) as childs into the “Essential Real Estate” menu item.
