  • You are already at 86 to 88, the 2 points up to 90 don’t make much difference.

But take a look at the PageSpeed tips below the results. There you will often find a lot of things, also related to WordPress, where you can start. For example, the JavaScript execution catches my eye, among other things you also have an unspeakable right-click lock via JavaScript running – this can be bypassed so easily that it hardly makes sense (and could also disrupt your loading process).

The graphic on the top left of the start page is embedded in the wrong size. You could also save loading time by adjusting this.

Furthermore, take a look at this article: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/performance/optimization/

    Hi @devin104,

Besides the details shared by @threadi, I’d also recommend checking the material linked below, as I noticed you are using Jetpack Boost on your site:

    I hope this helps.

    Threadi:

Since initiating this thread I have been able to raise my JetPack Boost score to A or 92,

I have read the article at:

    https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/performance/optimization/

I will be contacting WordPress Support on implementing some of the recommendations therein.

    You write:

Could you kindly provide step-by-step instructions on how to fix the “right-click lock via JavaScript running” and how to “adjust the start page embedded in the wrong size?”

    Alin:

I read the article here: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-boost/improving-your-site-speed-score/

I had previously implemented most of the suggested tools.

In some areas I lack the knowledge to know how to follow some of the advice given:

Unused third-party scripts can also increase your site’s load time. It is worth checking to see if there are unused scripts that can be removed.

I do not know how to do this.? Could you please instruct me on how to do this.

I ran a Webpage Performance test which identifies some issues but I currently lack the knowledge to repair them:

Thank you both for your valuable assistance.

I assume you are using this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/secure-copy-content-protection/ – deactivate it to fix the right-click lock.

The other question you should rather ask the support of your theme, they should be able to help you: https://themezee.com/docs/donovan-documentation/

I am using this plugin:  https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/secure-copy-content-protection/

I do need to protect my posts from being copied.

Is there a superior method of doing this?

I will contact the Donovan Theme Support.

Once previously I did contact them with another question but they did not reply.

As a matter of fact they have not answered any inquiry for the past year.

    Thank you

Anything you put on the Internet can also be copied. This plugin is only a hurdle, but it can be bypassed very easily (which I literally do before every answer here to be able to examine your site). If you want to protect content, don’t put it on the internet in the first place.

Or in terms of images: watermark them so that someone could copy them but not use them without promoting you. There are WordPress plugins for this too.

Thank you for the new insight.
