Improve ”Search Pages” with plugin

    Hi, Within wordpress the ”Search Pages” and ”Search Posts” tools are crappy. When I search plugins for ”search” I get plugins to improve user/visitor search. Are there plugins that can improve ”Search Pages” and ”Search Posts” within wordpress? What search term do I use to find such a plugin? Thanks,
