Improvement: No Email fallback onto username instead of random avatar

    Hello,

    I was wondering if on your next update you could make it so that the avatar is first generated off the email, and if not present, it uses the name of the commenter, if both are not present then a random avatar is shown.

    This is especially useful when you are importing comments from other sites ie. youtube.
