IMSC Rapid Mail Issues

  • I am on WordPress 3.9 and IMSC Rapid Mailer 1.3.2.

    With this combination I am not able to get the IMSC Rapid Mailer Widget to work (does not display any input fields). I have tried this against multiple themes and the problem persists. The WordPress site is pristine in that there are not a lot of other plugins installed (only JetPack)

    Secondly, when using the non-WordPress cron the email messages come off the queue but do not get sent. With the WordPress cron the queued emails are sent and received properly. I have also verified configuration by using the plugins Test Email functionality.

    Third, I am not able to upload an IMSC Rapid Mailer theme in zipped format.

    Anyone else experiencing these issues? I have submitted to IMSC Rapid Mailer help desk but their turn around has been very slow.

  • I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG plugin/widget, you need to seek support from the plugin’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support plugins downloaded from www.ads-software.com here.

    Same problem here. Big problem is, the plugin developers aren’t answering support tickets… 8 days and counting. If anyone is heavily reliant on their email list / autoresponder, don’t wait for a response and switch to an alternate until they sort their plugin out.
