In Admin Panel work, but dont work on site

Hi,
I can′t see the button on the page, I only see the button in the admin area. The same thing is on mobile and desktop browser.
I’am using Merlin theme by ThemeZee https://www.ads-software.com/themes/merlin/
Also, I tried with similar plugins: “To Top” https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/to-top/ and “Simple Back To Top” https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-back-to-top/, and with this plugins everithing is working.
