In BresponZive Theme: Erro: Missing required field "updated" and hCard "author"

(1) I’m using BresponZive theme and getting these data structure errors:
Erro: Missing required field “updated”.
Erro: Missing required hCard “author”.How to fix it? ??
(2) Another question, i added hreflang tags to header.php (after <head>):
<link rel="alternate" href="https://hoclaixeototphcm.info" hreflang="vi-vn" />
But webmaster tools say:
“Your site has no hreflang tags.
Google uses hreflang tags to match the user’s language preference to the right variation of your pages”Can U help me? ??
(3) And, one last question ??
I added meta language tag to <head>
<meta http-equiv="content-language" content="vi" />
but, U can see in SEO quakes check:
