In Line text ads

I have in-line text ads on my site but i don’t want them to appear in my side description text in my header (The text entitled “A running blog” on my site in the header)

Infolinks (the in-line text company that i use) has told me to paste the code <!–INFOLINKS_OFF–> <!–INFOLINKS_OFF–> around the text that I dont want to have in-line adds featuring in. How do i do this in the back end of word press?
