In mobile menu, i see the menu icon but nothing happens when i click it

  • In mobile menu, i see the menu icon but nothing happens when i click it
    Any idea how to resolve this.

    I have tried a lot but in mobile, the menu is not showing up at all. Only the icon shows.

    Hi cupofglory,

    If I visit:

    https://www.cupofglory.com/blog/?nocache

    The menu slides in correctly from the left (so I think you have an issue with your caching plugin). You will also need to go to Appearance > Menus > Max Mega Menu Settings and set the Effect (Mobile) to “Disabled” (as it is your theme that is controlling the slide in panel).

    What should i do to solve the caching issue?

    Hi cupofglory,

    I am not sure sorry. I can’t see what is wrong, all I can see is that it works correctly when caching is disabled. It might be worth trying a different caching plugin.
