    greetings

    Hi, Martin.
I recommend verifying that your server host is still capable of connecting to Amazon’s Product Advertising API, especially since your credentials used to work but now do not. You might also try reverting back to the previous version of ScrapeAZon you were using before. If that one works, then we can determine what has changed between versions that might be affecting you. Thanks and let me know.

    love to hear from you

    hello dear james,

testet the site with older versions –

    2.2.5
    2.2.4
    2.2.3

    got bad test results:

    Test Frame
    400 Bad Request

ScrapeAZon could not connect to Amazon or was otherwise unable to retrieve data from Amazon. Please check your Internet connectivity, your ScrapeAZon settings, and your shortcode configuration.

the credentials seem to be ok….

    any idea?

    Hello.

Make sure that you’ve signed up to be an Amazon associate in the country for which you’re accessing the API. Not long ago, associate credentials from amazon.com appeared to stop working for other amazon international sites (they formerly worked across all amazon international sites). In other words, if you created associate credentials at amazon.com, those credentials might no longer work for amazon.co.uk or amazon.de.

    Thanks for using ScrapeAZon.
