& in Page title results in anchors not being auto generated

  • Hi,

    i have for example a page with sections with a couple of “&” in the title like this: “I like this & that”.

    With such title the auto generated section id is not generated.

    What should be generated:
    <span class=”ez-toc-section” id=”i-like-this-and-that”></span>
