    Hello,

We have been using the EWWW Image plugin for a long time and it was working properly. However, we have noticed that all the images we have uploaded in the past 3 weeks remain in the “In Progress” stage. Could you help us resolve this issue?

What should we do to understand the cause of this problem?

    Hello,

It could be that there could be a queue that is stuck. You can either check the top of the plugin settings or go into the Tools->EWWW menu and it should show you your queue along with a button that says “Clear Queue”. Clicking that button will reset it, then you can try to start the bulk optimization over again.

When I went to the Tools->EWWW, it showed me this:

    Current queue status: idle
There are 573 images in the queue currently.
    Clear Queue

So, Do I have to click on the “Clear Queue” button?

and after clicking on it, What do I have to do after that?

Yes, click the “Clear Queue” button. Then you will want to run a Bulk Optimization to get the images that have been uploaded but not optimized yet. I would recommend doing it in the EWWW IO plugin settings as a “Scan Only” option so you can see what will be optimized. I have a video on this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyntnjs7qkE

    Hello,

As I haven’t heard anything more about this, I’m going to resolve this thread. If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new one!
