    Hello.

    I am very beginner in modifying website(not expert) just have taken care of our website for several months.

    For a while i didn’t updated plug-in, word press

    so this time i updated pulg-ins and then updated also word press.

    Before that I baked up using up-draft plug-in.

    After that, web page was open with no problem but I found that when i try to edit it, then it doesn’t open.

    So I went to updraft and click retore – among options i didn’t click all, just plug in (because what i touched is only updating plug-ins other than updating wordpress).

    Then while it proceeded, suddenly, it showed ‘critical error’

    and I can’t access to our website.

    What can I do?

    Please I ask you to help me (in detail if possible. )

    This is likely due to one of your plugins (particularly if they are old)

    Can you try renaming your plugins folder to something like plugins-pbackup and see if this gives you access to the site.

    If this doesn’t help try doing the same to your themes.

    If you are still having issues, can you post your php error log (from the root of the site) and your restoration log from the wp-content/updraft directory of your site.
