In search of an RSS Caching server

In order to get load of our systems and add extra functionality i would like to have the ability to centralize my rss feeds en offer them via a server that caches the rss feeds. So the backend would generate the rss feed and a seperate server would enable users to read the feeds via the rss caching server. Such as https://www.rsscache.com is there another implementation of opernsource version???
