in Single Event page how to delete it?

That message is part of your theme and appears in single.php. If you only want to delete it from events go to the ‘Event Template’ tab and follow the instructions to create a single-event.php template. You can then edit out the line that creates the post meta. I can’t tell what line this is as all themes are different but it’s usually pretty obvious.
