In stock items appears as out of stock

Could you pleas share a screenshot of your feed settings?
So I can see how you have setup your availability attribute

Availibility > Fill with static value > in stock > if stock status > includes> instock

OR

fill with a static value > out of stock > for all other products

Have you checked what the stock status is for the products that are set out of stock?
Create a test field like custom_label_0 and fill it with the “stock status” source.

At the bottom of the feedmanager under Optional attributes.
Select the custom_label_0 in the “add optional output” dropdown.
Next select “stock status” from the source dropdown.

As you can see now the feed manager is working perfectly.
The products out of stock are set as out of stock in Woocommerce.
