In Store Products Hidden

I tried hiding out of stock products but it hides some of the products that are in stock. Going to Products>woocommerce>filter by status>out of stock. I see products with in stock status showing up there. How do I fix this problem?

From what I understand, you’re having a bit of a pickle with the WooCommerce plugin. It seems that when you try to filter out ‘Out of Stock’ products, some ‘In Stock’ items sneak in.

To get to the bottom of this, I could use a bit more info. Could you snap a screenshot of what pops up when you filter by ‘Out of Stock’? It’ll give us a clearer picture of what you’re dealing with.

Also, it would be great if you could grab a screenshot of the inventory section for one of the ‘In Stock’ products that’s showing up in the ‘Out of Stock’ filter. This will help us confirm the stock status. You can use https://snipboard.io to share screenshots. Just follow the instructions on the page and paste the URL in your reply.

Lastly, we could benefit from a peek at your site’s system status report. This report spills the beans on your site’s environment, settings, and plugins, which will be a big help in pinpointing the issue.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

I tried hiding out of stock products but it hides some of the products that are in stock

To clarify this part of your concern, do you mean that the Out of Stock products have been set as Hidden on the front end of your site, however some In Stock products are also being hidden on the front end of your site?

If so, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and doing the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients?–?Clear
• Clear template cache?–?Clear
• Term counts–?Recount terms

Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue.

?Going to Products>woocommerce>filter by status>out of stock. I see products with in stock status showing up there

This is not something I am able to reproduce on my test site, as the product filtering on the Products page works as expected on my end.

Just to confirm, when filtering the products by Out of Stock, are you clicking the Filter button to trigger the filter action?
