In-text, in-site links

As you’d expect from most sites on the internet, the pages of my site quite often feature in-text links to other pages on the site. These are going to need updating for each page of every translation so that they all point to the translated versions of the pages, and I just wondered if there’s an easy way to do that? Or do we just need to manually edit them all?
