In un album Viene visualizzata solo la prima galleria

Thanks. This shortcode works properly in our case. Let’s update to the latest version of NextGen Gallery (3.39) then check again to see if that’ll fix the problem.

La versione è aggiornata. Il problema non è l’album ma sulla pagina dove è caricato l’album. Cliccando sulle gallerie il sistema lascia vedere sempre e solo la prima galleria e non le altre.

Checking the provided page’s source, it appears that you are using NextGen Gallery 3.1.17 that’s a very old version of our plugin dating back to 04.02.2019.

If you aren’t getting update notifications for it within your site’s Dashboard->Plugins, please download the latest version of it from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/nextgen-gallery/ then re-install the one from your site.

Ho fatto l’aggiornamento di NextGen Gallery ma il problema per gli ultimi due album caricati rimane mentre gli altri precedenti album sono corretti nella visualizzazione.

We are marking this one as resolved after our support team has found that the issue was happening because of the corrupted gallery slugs. Saving the galleries from “Manage Galleries” without doing any other changes has fixed the problem with the corrupted gallery slugs.
