• When the link is activated with a menu anchor widget it creates a # in the URL. This # is stopping our forms working with some browsers including Firefox, edge and IE.

Also a # in a URL is not good practice.

How can we remove the # in the URL?

    Thanks

    I couldn’t reproduce this.

What is the step by step? Did you make sure it’s a plugin issue?

    Hi Fernando

Thanks for getting back to me.

I’ve done some screenshots to show you what’s happening. Is there anywhere I can upload the document, or can I email it to you?

    Thanks

You’ve to upload it by your own, wherever you want.

No, I want to send a document to you but there’s nowhere to upload a file on this forum. Do you have an email address or a dropbox where i can put it? I want to show you screenshots of the problem.

    Thanks

    Hi,
I’ve tried and I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue or try on your URL.

It’s looks a JS conflict at your end.

Let me know if you reproduce – and how – using a clean installation. I’ll be glad to fix it.
