  • Hi there!

Looks like your link is not loading as expected. Can you share a new working screenshot?

Also, could you try disconnecting and reconnecting from /wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page. Can you try that and let us know how it goes?

I don’t understand, what should I do exactly?

    Hi @leviitzhak!

No worries, please go to the settings page and try disconnecting all linked accounts and then reconnecting Google Listings & Ads. There’s a support guide with screenshots here:

I don’t have linked accounts! I am trying to connect the wordpress.com account at the beginning of the process. But I don’t succeed, he writes me an error: “Your WordPress.com account cannot be connected, please try another time”

    Hi @leviitzhak,

    Thank you for clarifying.

I am trying to connect the wordpress.com account at the beginning of the process. But I don’t succeed

Alright, let’s try to do the following: open a new browser window and log into your WordPress.com account using the correct credentials.

Go back to your site and disable all plugins apart from WooCommerce core and Google Listings & Ads. Also, temporarily change the theme to Storefront.

Try to set up your account following the instructions reported on this support page:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#setup-and-configuration

Let us know how it goes.

I did so, and still have the problem.I did so, and still have the problem.

    Hi @leviitzhak

    Thanks for trying that.

Do you have a caching plugin active? If so, please purge all cache from it and disable it for the time being.

If you do not have a caching plugin, check if your host is doing any sort of caching and ask them to disable it.

Next, clear your browser’s cache memory, and check if the issue persists. Here’s a guide: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

If all of this make no difference and the problem remains the same, then please share the following:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
