Inability to leave comments

Visitors to my blog are unable to leave comments on my posts. They can leave comments through their Facebook, but the default comments don’t work. Visitors can click into the box and type, but there is no way to “submit”

My Discussion Settings are standard and shouldn’t be prohibiting people from posting. Can someone please look into this, one of my posts is below:
