inable to get to wp-admin

i am also being redirected to mysite.wordpress.com/wp-admin

and its sooo…annoying.

Hi adiant, thank you for the help. I looked at the thread you posted and I think I might have the same problem. I’m such a beginner that I don’t even know how to fix domain name pointers. Where should I go to fix them? My domain is registered at Godaddy and the site is hosted at Hostgator. I’ll post my site’s domain name after I get private registration for it. Thanks again.
