You can easily check what events the plugin fires by browsing your site while checking with Pixel Helper Chrome extension. Visit products, add to cart, do a test transaction.

Some of the events you mentioned are not fired automatically, like the wish list related event. There is no default action in WooCommerce we can use to fire it, since wish-lists are implemented by various third party plugins.
The same is true for add payment info, this is speciffic more to mobile ads, we don’t fire it for WooCommerce.
