• Hi,

    I have a strange problem.

There is one page on my website, where the menu becomes inactive. It is still visible, but if I click on a menu item, it behaves like a simple text, does not take me to the page. On all the pages the menu works, but on one particular page it does not. It is a simple about us page.

I have deactivated all the plugins except the Kadence Block and Kadence Theme, but the problem still exists.

If I deactivate Kadence Blocks the problem disappears, on all the pages the menu is active.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks

  • Hello,

That is a strange problem that I haven’t come across. Do you have a link to the page that we can see the inactive menu? Do you have custom CSS or JS on the page?

    Hi,

Here is the page with the problem: https://phytomirna.ro/despre/

I do not have any custom CSS or JS on the page.

    Thanks

    Hi, @awstudio !

Thanks for giving us the page URL.

I inspected it and it turns out that your first Row Layout block for the “Despre” page has a high value for its z-index. Also, there are invalid CSS codes. Watch this screen recording – https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guNepLe.

To lower a Row Layout block’s z-index, follow these steps:

    1. Edit the page.
    2. Click the Row Layout block and go to its block settings.
    3. Go to the Advanced tab > Structure Settings
    4. Lower the value for the “Z-Index Control” option – https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uXZQB9. Try using 10.

Also, purge any website cache you have after updating your page.

I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Regards,
    Karla
