Inactive site – Down

    I have installed the plugin, I have noticed that the site goes down for several minutes at times, this happens after the installation, it has happened to me on two different sites, I would like to know if this happens when the site is being checked or when it is backing up the database.

    Hi @vallesierra7, glad you reached out!

    That should not be the case when installing Solid Security or when the plugin’s features are running. I’m not aware of this widely happening, so there could be something specific to your site/server that’s causing this behavior.

    Can you please check your site’s error logs and server logs when it goes down? Perhaps it will give us some clues as to what’s causing it.

    If possible, please also test the plugin in a fresh WP install to see if you can replicate the issue there.
