Inactive “submit” button – different on desktop and on mobile

Hi! I’m using your plugin and I love it so far. However, I have one small issue.

I use the acceptance shortcode in my contact form and it works as intended, but only on mobile. I mean, acceptance should make the submit button inactive untill user checks it. It works that way on mobile, but not on desktop.

Here’s how the buttons look on each devices:

How can I make the desktop version look the same as on mobile? I’d like to have the button inactive untill user checks acceptance on every possible device.
