    We’re not able to see customer responses in our inbox, only the short history available in the dashboard.

    We have several incoming messages daily, so I would expect to see 20 on this page at a minimum.

    I’m new on this project, but apparently the inbox has never functioned on this installation. Any ideas why we’re seeing none? Or what I can do to troubleshoot further?
