    I downloaded the Novelist plugin today and it changed my .htaccess file so that any pages with the word ‘book’ in them could no longer be accessed. I had to deactivate the plugin and reset my permalinks to access those pages. Is this a bug or a feature?

    Hiya,

    Novelist doesn’t make any changes to your .htaccess file. However, it will affect any pages with the slug book because Novelist creates its own post type archive page with the slug book.

    Is there a way to manually edit the slug to input all the information I have for my 100+ books, and then change it back?
