Include a value from an ACF Field in email ?

Is it possible to include the value of a field created with ACF in the CF7 email message. ?
Can it get the value from the page that the CF7 Contact Form is placed on ?
I know we can use ‘special tags’ to pull various things in from the page , but can i pull in a field from ACF ?
