Include Creative Commons and other ? license text/link in caption

Hi. It would be incredibly helpful if you could add an option to include ?-required text and links in captions which use the information about the creator of images, and licenses such as Creative Commons, already in the WP Media Library. This would help users satisfy the conditions of some licenses (eg acknowledging author and linking to license info), such as CC. Thanks!
