Include Customizer CSS in child theme?

First, thanks for this plugin! I’ve used it a few times to create child themes for TT3 and it’s a time-saver.

Second, the layouts that I do create relies on some custom CSS that I’ve added in the Customizer as additional CSS. Is there a way to include custom CSS when exporting my theme, or is this specific to only changes made in the site editor?

If there are any other alternatives, I’d be happy to know ??
