Include Event Details in Email?

Hi guys
I realise this may be a big ask! We include an email address for the event organiser (us!) with all events on our site, this is because we need people to email us to book as there may be changes to the events, hence we cant use the ticketing system.
Is there a way of automatically “loading” the email with the event name and date they’ve selected? Or better yet, some sort of form I could embed in each event that includes the date and name by default?
We set all our events to repeat either weekly or daily, and at the moment after they select an event, to “book now” we take them to another page with a form where they have to select dates all over again!.. so its a bit un user friendly!
